Hi, your question is a little unclear. You seem to be mixing up two different questions. You asked 'Do you play' - which is asking a person if they play, but you also say 'in your country' - which is asking a general question, more like 'Do you have a lottery in your country?'.
Also - a lottery ticket is the piece of paper that you get. It is not the game.
So you could ask:
Do you play any lotteries such as powerball?
Do you buy lottery tickets like powerball?
Do you have any lotteries such as powerball in your country?
I don't play lotteries, but we do have them in my country.
