Is it correct to say 10 minutes remains?
10 minutes remains to the end of the lesson?
In Ukrainian we use the verb "remain" what about English?

Ten minutes remain before the end of the lesson.

You can use "remain" (note plural form with "minutes") but another common way to say it is with "left". "There are 10 minutes left in the lesson" or "There are 10 minutes left before the end of the lesson".
