I hope (I will...)
Is this phrase correct:
"I am sorry for my broken English. I hope it will be better soon ( or I hope I'll improve it)".
PS Why should we say: "Hope this helps" (instead of "will help") if the second part of this sentense describes future events?

Оба варианта возможны и они взаимозаменяемы. Можно использовать и третий вариант -I hope it will be improved.
Что касается Hope this helps...смею предположить, что это разговорный английский, который предполагает употребление грамматических неточностей. Конечно, логичнее было бы употребить Hope it will help.
