”だらしない”
A: 俺は行きたいところなんだけど、まあ。。今日はやめておこう。
B: 何だよ、 だらしねぇな。
”だらしない”はどういう意味ですか? 英語で”slovenly"ですが、この文脈であの意味を使ったら、ちょっとおかしくなっているらしいですね。
よろしくお願いします。

The second meaning of "slovenly" is careless, excessively casual, sloppy.
So the meaning of the word here is something like "hey, you're changing your mind so easily..."
