It seems there is no perfect match for the first sentences.
"May I know which site this music video is from?"
=> 이 뮤직비디오(는) 어느 사이트 건지 알 수 있을까요? (..know which site's it is)
=> 이 뮤직비디오 어느 사이트서 났는지 알 수 있을까요? (..know which site you got it from)
=> 이 뮤직비디오 어느 사이트서 가져온 건지 알려 주실래요? (..tell me which site it's from)
For "is from", the expression varies depending on what is being talked about.
"May I know where _____ is from?"
=> 그 사람(은) 어디 출신인지 [어디서 왔는지] 알 수 있을까요? (..where *he* is from)
=> 이건 어디서 난 건지 알 수 있을까요? (..where *this thing* is from)
=> 이 구절 어디서 (따온/온) 건지 알 수 있을까요? (..where *this passage* is (quoted) from)
* 출신이다: hail from..
* 나다: come from; originate from;
* 따오다: quote (a passage) from.
