Haha this definitely doesn't mean veranda. I found the quote itself and It's referring to a female with a big butt (in this case, seen as an admirable trait in a female). You'll hear lots of slang for this as it is something that is generally referred to as being something that makes a woman more attractive.
Other slang: apple bottom, bubble butt, junk in the trunk, donk, money maker, etc etc.
