different uses of two expressions

Give it a go / Give it a try -- difference ?
I'm here / I'm on here -- difference ?

"Give it a go" means the same as "give it a try"", but perhaps just a smidgen more colloquial.
The other two are not interchangeable in most contexts, and the combo "on here" isn't very usual. Perhaps something like "Is Bob on Italki? No, I don't think he's on here.".
