you can answer in a form of elliptical sentence just like julie's answer: 필리핀 세부요
this form is casual in daily conversation.
however, the grammar-friendly and more formal emphasis would be something like:
저는 필리핀 세부에 살아요
저는 필리핀 세부에 살고 있는데요
as pointed out by manyakif.

How about "(저는) 필리핀 세부요."
"크리스틴씨, 어디 사세요?"
"필리핀 세부요." or "필리핀이요" or "세부요"
상대방이 어디 사냐고 질문했을 때는 특별히 동사(verb)를 사용하지 않고도, 간단히 대답할 수 있습니다.
혹시 상대방이 크리스틴씨가 이미 필리핀사람이란 것을 알고 있다면,
"세부요." 라고 대답하시는 게 좋고요.
