Which one of these sentences are correct in Korean? If I want to say, "don't go", in Korean, would it be 가지 마세요, 가지 마요, or 가지 말아요? Thanks!

All three are correct. All three are in the polite form but the last two sounds friendlier and less formal (but still polite).
