Hey guys!
The tongue ever turns to the aching tooth (I'm not sure if someone has posted it before),will anyone give me explanation of the proverb,please?

In genere quando abbiamo un problema a un dente (infezione o ascesso che dir si voglia) la gengiva si gonfia, e la lingua tende sempre a batterci contro, rinnovando il dolore. Quindi possiamo spiegare il proverbio "se siamo stati feriti da qualcuno o da qualcosa o comunque una determinata situazione ci ha creato dolore, il nostro pensiero (la lingua) tende sempre a ritornare in continuazione su questo dolore (il dente).
