1- Don't spill the water (from the glass) on the table
2-Don't tilt your glass when I'm pouring water in it
3-What's that noise? It's the telephone's ring

Those are almost all correct. The only changes I would make:
1) Don't spill the water from the glass onto the table ("onto" is the correct word. "On" would just imply that you do not want somebody to spill the water from the glass that is located on the table)
2) Don't tilt your glass when I'm pouring water into it. (I would use "into", although everybody knows what you're saying regardless)
3) Correct
