Q. Write out the following sentences so that they make sense:
(A)sweet, how, rose, this, smells
Ans: This sweet how rose smells.
(B)blames, a, workman, bad, his, tools
Ans: A workman blames his bad tools.
(C)wife, children, and, he, his, care, takes, of
Ans:He takes care of his wife and children.

1. How sweet this rose smells!
(It's an exclamation.)
2. A bad workman blames his tools.
Funnily enough, what you wrote is actually a correct sentence but 'a bad workman blames his tools' is an expression and I would wager what the answer scheme is looking for.
