You could roughly translate it like "you have the body of Anne Pohtamo"
Most likely a compliment about your figure.

The sentence would be better as
”Sulla on vartalo kuin Anne Pohtamolla” or
”Sun vartalo on kuin Anne Pohtamolla”.
Now these sentences have been combined in a way that makes it actually incorrect. Somebody could say so, but it is not good language.
