How to translate "idi" from a Q&A like: Hello idi, how are you? Very well idi, and you?

-idi suffix for simple past tense or Geçmiş Zaman in Turkish ; but we never use it apart, it is turned into a suffix and it becomes -di.
Otherwise there isn't any greeting expression for past ( Hello idi !) but for the rest of your question
Dün Nasıldın? How were you yesterday
Çok iyiydim . I was so fine
Sen ? and you
