What does 'frumpy' mean? And 'get lumped with'?

Well . Frumpy means dowdy and old-fashioned. So basically it's someone who wears old fashioned non modern clothes . And 'get lumped with' could mean like getting given alot of work to do . It has 2 meanings : 1.
put in an indiscriminate mass or group; treat as alike without regard for particulars.
2 : carry (a heavy load) somewhere with difficulty.
