We can say 'It's fifteen minutes' walk'. Then how these 'It's fifteen minutes' subway/driving/bus'?

It's fifteen minutes by subway. Or... it's a fifteen minute subway ride.
It's fifteen minutes by bus. Or... it's a fifteen minute bus ride.
It's a fifteen minute drive.

It's a fifteen minutes' bus ride
