I am just a learner myself, but:
이렇게 = like this; in this way
하는거 = doing
맞아 = correct; right
So it means something like "This is the right way to do it" or "Doing it like this is right"
If it had a question mark at the end, it would mean "Is this the way to do it?" or "Is doing it like this right?"
