Your sentence -> My school is near my home. About 2 kilometres
The first one would normally be written as "My school is near home".
English listeners would assume that you were talking about your home when you said my school.
The second sentence would normally be "It's about 2 kilometres"
But I don't think that an English speakers would say 2 sentences, they might say "My school is only 2 kilometres from home" , and the word "only" gives the idea that you think that it is a short distance.
