Other phrasings of "please note that..."
Are there other ways to say "please note that.." when you explain something in front of a group of people, in person?
I can think of the following phrases..
Please be aware that..
Please be careful that

"Keep in mind that", "also note that", "(if you) notice, here we have...", "over here, we have..."

Well, you can say "Beware of..." instead! In this case you mean that people should be cautious and attentive to a possible risk or danger. By the way, are you a flight attendant?
