Saying I need your help is fine.
Example 1: "I can't solve this problem - I need your help" or "I need you to help me" or "I need your assistance."
Example 2: "I have so much painting to do I need your help to get it finished."

Actually I would say it that way. But I don`t know English is not my native language.
