Frist "manifesting a love is not a shame or taboo' love is feeling created by allah in every living thing.animals and human.saying to a man "I LOVE U" by alady is not really an alien one,it may happen but man feels alot,in generally men share a habit like heart pombs alot and an out wold cold breeze passes inside the man from top to bottom. according to the "islam concept" of LOVE,islam Motivates human to love each other whether its two-by two or more,but during the last 4 centuries non-muslims developed such a bad love,un realistic copied- love,they legalized that guy and the lady can advance their 'sleeping' before their marriage and that marriage came from a love in b/w them,and this cotastrophy many families broke down,becouse if i felt in love with a lady and she did 2,after that I slept her illigaly be4 marriage,than we married each other, after marriage I cannot trust her that she can keep her body fro any other guy,becouse she had allowed me to sleep her illegally so i cant believe that she can hold her self from any other guy,so islam and mulism agree that lady is good when u marry with its vegin,and muslims do welcome love which is bassed on respect,realistic,and legall,but the system saying that boy friend and girlfriend may advance their sleep before thier marriage we believe that its a clear humilation to all ladies,u know when the lady is vergin it has a lot of confidence but when it becomes un vergin before a legal marriage her title becomes very cheap, allah says in his holy quran "dont be closed to a furnication its bad thing........"so love is sweet when the 2 couples got married but the one which is before marriage its right to be called "un realistic love' this kind of love decieves the women and might force her to join to the prestitutes, becouse no lady was born with being a bitch,there is a reason behind,and this kind of love is one of that reasons,

I do not know if in a muslim sociaty it is forbidden but, in my opinion, there is not something bad when you tell someone that you love him. It is very good.
