E aí, Renan, tudo bem? Você saberia dizer melhor qual parte que você não entendeu?
"Profiter DE (quelque chose)" significa algo próximo de "aproveitar (alguma coisa)".
Por exemplo: "profite bien de tes vacances" => aproveita suas férias! ; "profites-en" => aproveita!
Já "pu" é o participe passé do verbo "pouvoir".
Então, AVOIR PU PROFITER é a forma do infinitivo de "pouvoir profiter" no passado.
