Hi Dominik. The differences are little. Both are correct. But it's very common listen to people who speak Spanish say like this: "Necesito a alguien què me ayùde con la limpieza de mi casa". "Necesito a alguièn què me entienda". Etc. "Necesito de alguien que" it could be used to refer someone who has abilities in knowledge areas or things. For example: "Necesito de alguien què tenga conocimientos en el area de Informàtica" "Neceisto de alguien què sea inteligente para las Matemàticas". Etc. I hope this will help you. Regards ;)!
