they are basically the same, depending on how it is used in a sentence

You could say either "She was worried about her son" or "She was concerned about her son" but in "The people concerned have been punished." you wouldn't use 'worried'. Here 'concerned' is used like 'involved'.
If I was referring to somebody who is always boasting about their wealth, possessions and lifestyle, I would say "They like to brag."
