1. Usually in the context of a waiter asking a customer what they wish to order to eat or drink.
2. A taxi driver might say "Don't worry, I'll get you to the airport in time to catch your flight"
3. Never heard of this phrase - do you mean "mull over" which is to "think about, consider...."
