Hi, Felip!! I am not sure if it will work for you but you may want to at least give it a try:)
Talking to the native speakers as much as you can or immersing yourself into a pure English circumstance would be the best approach to change the way of thinking. But I know it is difficullt for many people who are living in their own country. That way, I'll be giving you another tip.
Why don't you pretend you are an English speaker from now on? When you hear a new word, maybe it's the name of a new disease being discussed in TV, or it's an event happening in the US, input the english word on google and you'll figure it out in an English way. When you make a plan for this week on your calendar or your notepad, put it down in English! When you are walking on the streer or taking shower or lying in bed, start talking to yourself in English! Wanna watch a movie on Friday night? Pick an English one!
Pretend it until you make it, and eventually you'll become it.
It's also how I am studying other languages.
Have a nice day!!
