How does she say it in native English?
One of my friends is going to Germany to attend a bussiness fair ,she needs to prepare her visa interview ,she wants to tell the interview officer that she is in a group to attend the fair (means she is with many people together ,they book the flights and hotels together, not alone to attend the fair) ,how does she say it simply in native English ?
I'm in a group ???
Thank you

Yes, "I am in a group." or "I am part of a group." will be fine
Best wishes
