What is the proper and most common form used to say that I'm going to lunch?
I'm going to take my lunch.
I'm going to have my lunch.
I'm going out for luch.

I would say "I am going to have my lunch" if I had my lunch with me and was not going anywhere. All the other options would mean that I was leaving to eat lunch somewhere else.

I usually say "I'm going out for lunch" or just "I'm going to have lunch"
