Your accent is good.
Over the years, I've taught English to thousands of students from all over the world, so I've heard many different non-native accents. When I listened to your recording, it wasn't immediately obvious to me that your first language was Arabic. You can take that as a big compliment.

I understand most of it -- the rest I was not concentrating-- just like any one who speaks English . It's the diction that is important , not the accent . Your speech is better than mine ))

You're completely understandable to me! As far as something to improve, I would agree with Kenny that dictation is important - sometimes it seems like your sounds run together (blend into each other, slur into each other, however you want to say it :]). Maybe take an individual word or sentence and think about saying each syllable one at a time with a tiny pause in between them. Then when you go back to speaking normally, you'll hit that nice blend between sounding like a robot with choppy syllables and smoothing out the sounds. :)
Nice job!
