is it correct to say this at a post office where you need both mail services, pl help:
I need to send a parcel by priority mail with registered mail
thanking you

There are different expressions for different countries. In the UK, the current expression for a secure, fast service is "special delivery".

Yes, that's understandable , but you could just say ".... by registered priority mail."
