What does "drug free high" mean?
Can I say "The music is drug free high" (What I am trying to say is, the music is super awesome and makes me very excited.)

You cannot say "The music is drug-free high" (because you get the high, not the music). However, you can very well say "This music provides a drug-free high". Then, you have an appropriate grammatical relationship between "music" and "high".
