반질반질=뺀질뺀질?
Are they really the same way to describe people/action? Or is there a nuance of difference?

"반질반질" => adjective describing a surface that is smooth and shiny.
"뺀질뺀질" => a sarcastic term describing a person who is too forward and lacks a sense of shame. (also 빤질빤질)
They are sometimes interchangeable, but 반질반질 is rarely used for people.
