O futuro do subjuntivo do verbo ser é assim:
quando eu for
quando tu fores
quando ele for
quando nós formos
quando vós fordes
quando eles forem

There isn't one! English verb forms are much simpler than Portuguese, and there is no future subjunctive. We would just use the present simple indicative : 'When I am', 'When you are' , and so on.
