My Japanese is not so good, especially Kanji, but I believe what you want to say is "Please understand" or "Please acknowledge me".

Hikaru it depends on the situation. I think the closest meaning would be "I hope you understand."
At a produce market:
"We are sorry to announce that we are out of peaches until next year. We hope you understand."
