Is this correct, 'Today will rain first/at the beginning. And later it will be sunny'? I mean '雨转晴' in Chinese. How to say that in English? Thank you!

You could say, "Today there will be rain at first followed by sunshine" I think it would better to specify when each will happen so try saying "Today, there will be rain in morning and sunshine in the afternoon"
