If I make a mistake by using a computer, is it correct to say " I made a handling error " ? Or "I did something wrong" ?

I think you're mixing up between "I made a mistake" with "Handling a mistake" I made a mistake = I did something wrong Handling a mistake / an error = To fix it The word handle literally means to put your hand on something (steering wheel for example) and take control of it Can you handle the situation? (are you able to control / fix the situation) I can handle it.

No. If you are talking about you doing something wrong while carrying out a process on the computer: I did something wrong. I made a mistake. I made an error.

'I did something wrong' is okay but if a mistake while typing using keyboard is what you meant, then you could just say that it was a 'typographical error' or 'typo' for short.
