I thinked that you're other person or I thoughted that you're other person. Pardon what's the correct and when I have to used it

Neither of them is correct. There's no such a word as "thinked" as well as "thoughted". The past form of "think" is "thought" (always).
Your sentence should look like this. --> I thought you were someone else.
