Is this sentence correct? "I've been looking forward to meeting you, madam secretary" - this is a sentence from a film, is that okay to say "to meeting" instead of "to meet"?

Please note that "to meet" would be wrong. The correct structure is "to look forward to [something]". The "something" can be a noun, e.g. Christmas; the weekend. The "something" can also be a gerund, i.e. [verb+ing]. The "meeting" here is a gerund and therefore correct.
