O también: "Qué hay sobre la gente de allí?" (Qué hay sobre ti? What about you?) I think you are totally right - pienso que tienes toda la razón :)

how about the people there? -> ¿Qué tal la gente ahí? o ¿Cómo es la gente de ahí? 'I think you are totally right' -> Creo, pienso, considero que estás en lo cierto.

¿Qué hay de la gente de allí? There are more variants, but the one above is the most common. I hope it helped you, cheers!
