What's the meaning of 'would be donging' For example, You would be using English in this job. Can I say, You will use English in this job.

I believe you meant to ask, "Would be doing..." This means that there is something you can do in the future, but is dependent on something else happening. Fore example: If I get help, I would be doing better. I believe though your question really should be pointed at what does "would be" mean. Because "doing" is some sort of action. For example: When the train stops, I would be stranded. In answer to your question, yes both are correct. Using "would be" is a politer way of saying it.
