Hi ! I have a question about defining and non-defining relative clause.
I mean how we can detecting and separate them from each other?specially in the sentenses that they are without any camma for showing defining sentense.

It's a question of understanding well meaning. If you see a clause which begins with a relative pronoun, remove it from the sentence and read the rest of the sentence without it. If the sentence still makes sense, then it's a non-defining clause. If you read it and have to ask yourself a question beginning with "which...?", then it is a defining clause.
