If you mean a nation's song (like at the Olympics), then the word is "anthem".
"Hymn" in English means a religious song.

It looks like something along the lines of "psalms", "hymns", "gospel (music)", and "anthem".
It might require more context to know which exactly. Even in English I don't know the detailed difference between the first three :)
