I'd say the first one. You are what you are looking for. But i think saying 'You are what you look for' sounds better. Adding a second 'are' would give a feeling of present tense, removing it makes it sound like a general statement, a proverb.

You are what you want to become. The rest all are not correct. You are what you eat > common phrase.
