When I wanna say 'run!' to horse, can I use 'Lauf!'? I think it's for human

We don't distinguish between human and animals. So u can use "Lauf!" for both, human and animals.

lauf / laufe (imperative = Command Form)
gelaufen
läuft
Lauf Forrest lauf.
Laufe Forrest laufe.....
Ich bin nur noch überall hin gelaufen.
3th Person.... said by the old men. -> Jetzt läuft er auch noch. (at the End)
