낑 : [부사] 몹시 아프거나 힘에 겨워 괴롭게 내는 소리.
낑 means a groan
낑 하고 힘쓰다
put forth one´s strength with a groan
그리고 '낑' 하고 안전 지대에 올라섰습니다.
And he entered on the safety zone with a groan.
