Is this OK, 'I'm sorry I can't go to the airport to welcome you'?
I mean I'm writing an email to tell my cousin that I can't pick her up in the airport.
Thanks!

"Sorry, I can't meet you at the airport. [John will pick you up instead]." would be another natural phrase.

It's OK, but I can't imagine saying this. Something like 'I'm sorry I can't come to the airport to meet you' would seem more natural.
