Are these sentences all OK?
I am a lot fatter than you are.
You look a bit fatter than before.
You look even fatter than before.
You are far fatter than you used to be.
You are getting fatter than your mother.And this;
She is fatter than ever.
Yes, they're just fine if you want to anger a person and give them reason to never speak to you again.

You can substitute the adjective far if you care to remove the alliteration of far- fatter. Possible alternatives are considerably, way more, substantially. But your sentence is correct.
