What is piggyback off ?
I found the example sentence but still cannot really understand ? Is this mean use the advantage ? and why should we add off ?
1. Can we piggyback off growth in xxx ?
2.The scheme would piggyback off a new business centre in the xxxx

Think of it as 'building on' success of something. Or using another success to accomplish additional goals. You're riding on ( piggybacking) a previous success.

Can we piggyback on the growth OF xxx ? >ok
The scheme would piggyback on THE new business centre in xxxx.
The growth is being piggybacked off the growth of xxx..
Whatever it is that the scheme has piggybacked off the new business centre in xxx , it something we aware of .
To piggyback on something is to take advantage of it( by having it "carrying you along")
To piggyback off something is to HAVE taken advantage of it .
