Difference between 울컥하다, 찐하다, and 짠하다?

울컥하다 is used when something makes you nearly cry.
짠하다 is used when you feel sorry or sad to hear something.
찐하다 is used when you describe something intimate.
Those three words are a bit hard to distinguish :(
