How to say "Does this make sense?"
If I type something in japanese and im not sure if it's correct grammar/spelling/words, and I want to ask them "Does this make sense to you?".
"わかりますか?"
Does わかりますか work? = Do you understand?

As グロリアsan has explained, わかりますか? is more of "do/can you understand?"
As for "Does it make sense to you?", there are many options for Japanese translation.
I would say これで 通(つう)じますか? or これで 合(あ)っていますか?
*通じる = get across, make oneself understood
*合っている =correct

わかりますか is correct when asking, "Do you understand?" It's the politest way to ask and I will work in this situation.

Is that Shiina Mashiro ^^, that hair, that face, that expression, even though it's black and white, I think I can still say it's her for sure xD.
